Questions candidates ask
Do you charge nurses a placement fee?
No. For hospital placements the employer pays our recruitment cost. You pay only statutory and third-party charges — DataFlow, exam fees, attestation, medical, visa stamping — and each one is receipted at the actual amount.
How long does the whole process take?
Four to seven months is typical. Bahrain and Oman can be faster; Saudi Arabia takes longer when the licence exam has to be scheduled. Delays almost always come from colleges and councils responding slowly to verification requests.
What documents do I need to start?
To begin: passport, nursing degree or diploma certificate, state council registration, and experience certificates from each hospital. Transcripts, good-standing certificate and attestation come later — we tell you when.
Can freshers apply?
Most Gulf hospitals ask for one to two years of clinical experience. If you are a fresher we will say so honestly, help you sit the licence exam early, and keep your file active until you qualify.
I only need attestation or DataFlow, not a job. Will you help?
Yes. Every service on our services page can be taken on its own, whether or not you were placed through us.
